TERMS & CONDITIONS – GLOSSOLEUM DETAIL
Cancellation & Rescheduling:
A 10% non-refundable deposit (minimum $30) is required to book. Deposits can be transferred if rescheduled 24+ hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit plus a $50 fee. Repeated cancellations may require full payment upfront to book again.
Vehicle Condition & Pricing:
All pricing is based on the condition described at booking. If the vehicle is significantly dirtier or requires more work than stated, we reserve the right to adjust pricing, add fees, or refuse service. Any changes will always be discussed before work begins. Additional charges may apply for pet hair, stains, odors, trash, or hazardous materials.
Personal Items & Vehicle Prep:
All personal belongings must be removed prior to your appointment. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. If items are left, we may skip those areas or charge a fee. We do not remove or reinstall car seats or booster seats for safety and liability reasons; we will clean around them only.
Liability & Results:
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage. Some stains, odors, and defects may not be fully removable. Cleaning delicate or heavily worn areas carries risk, and results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle.
Photo & Video Rights:
By booking, you give us permission to take photos/videos for marketing. We will not include personal information or license plates. If you do not want your vehicle photographed, you must notify us before your appointment.
Scheduling & On-Site Terms:
We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment, or other issues. Clients must provide safe access to the vehicle at the scheduled time. Delays over 15 minutes may result in rescheduling or additional fees. We may refuse service if conditions are unsafe or misrepresented.
Payment Terms:
Payment is due in full upon completion of the service. Failure to pay may result in additional fees or collection action.
Agreement:
By booking any service, you confirm that you have read and agree to all terms listed above.
